Key Account Manager
Job Duties:
- Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and extracting regional customer information, searching for target customers, understanding customer wants and rivals in real time, and developing sales plans
- In charge of building and sustaining regional client connections, as well as acquiring new customers and keeping existing ones.
- Provide quality service: coordinate internal resources to give customers with the best real estate solutions and to improve the service experience.
- Market analysis: study and analyze the real estate market's development trend and changes in order to predict the market's development direction and changes in customer demand, and take prompt response actions;
- Managed the sales team and timely reported work to the general manager.
Job Requirements:
- College degree or above, with at least 5 years of work experience;
- Experience in key account development, negotiation, maintenance, strategic gathering and bidding;
- Strong self-drive, enterprising, dependable, optimistic and progressive;
- Have certain market analysis and judgment ability, good customer service awareness;
- lt is preferred to have rich first-hand major customer resources.
Team Manager / Senior Property Consultant (Residential Department)
- Holder of Property Agent License / Salesperson's License is a must
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent experience in Property Industry
- Superior customer service/relationship management skills and aggressive
- Good interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
- Proficient in PC skills especially the MS Office suite
Senior Property Consultant / Property Consultant (Commercial Department)
- Holder of Property Agent License / Salesperson's License is a must
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Minimum 1 year' experience in retail shops and/or offices.
- Superior customer service/relationship management skills and aggressive
- Good interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
- Proficient in PC skills especially the MS Office suite
